Please Note: The fees above do not include transportation to and from camp. We offer a sibling discount of $150 off each additional sibling attending camp (discount does not apply to the first sibling).

Payment Details

By submitting your camper’s application, you are accepting responsibility for payment of the full tuition for your camper’s enrollment. 
Deposit: Once the office sends an email confirmation of enrollment from the camper application, a $500 deposit is required to hold the space. Payment of all fees is due by April 30, 2026.

Payments by Credit Card: If paying via credit card, a 3% fee will be added to cover the processing fees. There is no fee for e-check payments made on our registration site or if you mail a check.

Cancellation/Refund Policy: Families who withdraw prior to January 1, 2025 will be eligible for a full refund, less a $100 admin fee per camper. After that, withdrawals will be managed on a rolling schedule (fees are per camper):

  • Before January 1: Full refund minus $100 admin fee.
  • January 1 to February 28: Tuition refundable minus $500 deposit.
  • March 1 – 31: 50% of tuition is refundable.
  • On or after April 1: No tuition will be refunded.

As a non-profit, Camp Judaea relies on tuition fees to fund our operations. Our staff works year-round to plan for a fun and safe summer, and our cancellation policy takes into account the significant portion of our expenses that are incurred well before summer begins.
